Add links on forms for select boxes where no resources exist #2

Currently the correct link to a resource for an empty select box has to be found in the things panel.

Would be a much quicker workflow to add a link directly on the forms, if no resources found.

This has been done but the links need altering to allow for slimmed down routes

Links now functional with route names after latest commits
