- [ ] fix textediting issues with eframe on mobile
- [ ] make dictionary a top-level button if possible
- [ ] obscure less of the game and hand with the dictionary open
- [ ] support a side-by-side dictionary on desktop
- [ ] handle Esc key to close dictionary
- [ ] add hotkey to open dictionary
