Allow players to reorder the tiles in their hand #189

A shuffle button, or the capacity to store some tiles together might be helpful.

I want to:

shuffles the tiles so I don't get stuck thinking about the same letter combinations based on their order in my hand
store letters together so I remember they make good combinations, or I don't use them without meaning to (I was saving them for a word)
