Oh totally forgot about this. It was left over as alternate library load mechanism for older library that doesn't compatible with import. Maybe I could add logger to that function to clearly indicate that.

It's entirely up to you. It just came up as a minor security item on my scans and I went through and saw it wasn't being used.
