If an application is rejected while app is offline, you get stuck in a corrupt state

Offline messages are saved for 30-days, so if you apply and go offline for 30 days you are never notified of the rejection.

Solutions:

• Check state of application manually
• Some weird assumption with a timer/date check (would not prefer this)
