Scanning QR Code from operating system #43

When scanning a QR code from the phone operating system (i.e. without the Neuro-Access app open), such as a QuickLogin QR Code, the app is correctly presented as an option to open the parsed URI. When the app opens, it does not process the URI; instead, you have to scan the QR code again. (Tested on Android; untested on iOS)

Expected: The app should process the URI provided to the app from the operating system.
