ZIP Modules (base zip and crm_zip) adjusted to API 8 and use ViaCEP.c… #29

This change adjusted the code API 8 and added the feature to search remoteblly in ViaCEP.com for ZIP codes not in the database, it also import the new found ZIP codes to the database.

It affected l10n_br_zip and l10n_br_crm_zip.

Hi guys, take a look on the pull request, I made the zip modules capable to load the ZIP Codes from www.viacep.com when they don't exist in the database, it's still missing the wizard to choose form a list when more than 1 ZIP Code is found, for now I only send the user an exception stating he/she needs to be more specific until it finds only 1 ZIP Code.

I can't accept the way it is, you shouldn't have deleted the wizards, they are needed for the search.

And also the application is not working properly, if I put the cep and try to seach I get an error: "Expected singleton res.country"
