Description

A child issue of #7, the existing 'mng-burn' function doesn't complete every write option needed. I believe the following items need to be updated:

User Stories

Manager can successfully burn a name token

Action Items

[x] Remove entry from 'bns-ids-by-prinicipal' response list
[x] Delete map entry in 'name-properties'
