This started as exploratory work to see how much work it would be to version the ballot receipts. And then that expanded to include generating the QR codes and a markdown version of the receipt that can be correctly displayed by native GitHub.
And then issue https://github.com/TrustTheVote-Project/VoteTrackerPlus/issues/101 was created - so adding that here as well. That change in theory should be trivial but is a TBD until then.
