The protodash algorithm has been updated to remove dependence on following packages:

Protodash now uses the following optimisers (user has the option to choose either):

Following packages have been removed from setup.py:

qpsolvers
cvxopt

Following packages have been added to setup.py:

osqp
cvxpy (already exists)
Minor updates to test_Linear_Rule_Regression.py
