IMHO https://wiki.trustroots.org/ is a great place for long term documentation and if you choose this I'll be very actively helping in the process but I'm not against other places. E.g. GitHub repos also have optional wikis, but I actually moved that elsewhere at some point because it wasn't maintained.

@guaka P2 is something new Wordpressy that Mikael proposed we could try. Haven't had a look at it yet, so know more or less as much as you, but would personally also prefer keeping less tools whenever possible.
