Write down open positions on /team page #47

We should be public about what kind of positions now in our volunteering team:

What do you think about having a link at the team page (and elsewhere) to one place where we then list these roles? So pretty much https://team.trustroots.org/Volunteering.html — or could be directly at https://team.trustroots.org/

That way there's just one place to maintain for these and many places that can link there.
