Do we want to develop this into an actual document or simply try out different strategies and see what works best?

This was Shawn's idea I think. Or Stove. One of them, or both, had worked with volunteers in many places and though about doing this. @0-stove-0 dont know Shawn user here.

Don't think Shawn's on GitHub for now. Let's leave it here for now until things pick up speed a bit again.
