NPC, controlled by player via marvin-o should not teleport by time-table #663

If you turn into an NPC (with the O key in dev mode) and then type set time, it will move your position to the location you set in the scripts (waypoint). This is how it works in Gothic 1, it's probably the same in Gothic 2.
