Add grunt prod to documentation #1096

Currently grunt prod is not mentioned in the contributor docs.

I'm not sure where in the CONTRIBUTING.md file grunt prod should go.

I added some information about the prod task to the Ghost Grunt-Toolkit wiki

Thanks :+1: I think we could possibly add a note to the contributing guide where it says:

Whist developing you may wish to use grunt watch to watch for changes to handlebars and sass and recompile automatically, see the Grunt Toolkit docs.

Oooh yes soz I had a bit of a clean up yesterday to deal with some common questions / misunderstandings.
