Starting server outside of root causes upload issues #1983

When starting the server from outside the root, ie forever start ~/sites/ghost/index.js any uploaded file will end up in ~/content/images/2014/Jan.

Sorry for not using the issue template. Felt as an easy enough issue to describe.

This happened both on 0.4.0 and master @ 91902575087adfea51ab86d4e74f516609751f15

I can confirm the issue, taking a closer look.

FWIW I have verified that the combination of using a subdirectory in your Ghost url AND starting Ghost from outside of the root works for both normal image uploads and debug imports.
