Issue Summary
When I go to the settings and try to see the design and other view of my blog (such as portal), I can't because the blog itself uses CORS, however, /ghost endpoint redirects to another one.
Steps to Reproduce
Buy a managed ghost, go to the admin panel, then try to preview your design and you'll get the CORS error as the ghost automatically redirects to another URL when going to admin settings, that ends at .ghost.io.
