The supported fonts contained only the basic Latin characters lacking the different glyphs used by international sites and were replaced by random fonts, depending on the operating system.
I've used this simple tool to download the required fonts and to assemble the stylesheet templates: https://github.com/benedekl/google-font-downloader/
