Switch to use absolute URLs for Algolia search

in preparation of moving over and combining our search indexes and results from two different pages, we need to have absolute URLs send to Algolia, so we know where the result lives
this is only temporary and will be removed again, once the move is fully completed
send absolute URLs for Ghost posts and Markdown pages to Algolia
convert the URL in search results again if it lives on the current site
