🏗 Restructure layout components #41

The goal is to have only layout specific components in the /layout folder, but make reusable layout components, such as navbar easy to import. It should be clear from looking at the index.js file, which layout components are used outside of this folder.

With this PR, I will also start with the renaming procedure, so the class components are all uppercase spelling. This is consistent throughout our codebase and should be here as well.
