We just had a user who was really trying to use Quiet get stuck on a resolvable support issue. He found our email and the biggest issue was my response time, but this makes me nervous that there are others out there with similar issues and they aren't just contacting us.
I don't think we need Intercom or Zendesk yet, and there are privacy issues with both, but I want something really prominent on the webpage for support. It'll be a mailto link for now, to support@quiet.chat
I want to capture the "just reach out" feeling of intercom and other apps where there's some floating "contact us" button, but where the flow is just to send us an email. It's not perfect but it's a good start and might get us more inquiries and let us separate them from typical daily emails.
