User should be able to remove profile photo and return to placeholder image #2378

Someone might want to have no profile photo at all.

Users should be able to easily switch back to the default placeholder avatar. This should delete older profile photos. Related to #2377

we'll use the same design from "edit community icon"

Mentioned this in slack last week, adding here for history: profile image spec is a bit dated so it needs additional cleanup too.
