Fix(2496): Random fixes for leave community on mobile #2498

Use emitWithAck for calling leave community
Use putResolve in leaveCommunity saga
Spawn tor hidden services when tor hits the correct level of bootstrap
Write to peers store when connecting
Add extra logging around leaving community
Fix height units error I keep seeing
