Channels not highlighted when there is a new message

This is not consistent behaviour. I've spotted it several times during testing this version but it happens randomly.

What happened - I've created several channels and had Quiet opened on 4 computers. I've started sending messages on all channels from one user. All messages were delivered to all Quiets however not all channels were highlighted. It was especially visible on Windows where I had 5 channels, user was in general channel, received popups informing about new messages in other 4 channels but only two of them were highlighted.

It's fairly consistent now on desktop, in our dogfooding community. I almost never see new message indicators anymore on desktop; just on mobile.
