Windows dev environment instructions are incomplete #812

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install free windows 10 virtual machine for virtualbox or parallels: https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/tools/vms/
  2. Clone develop branch.
  3. Follow instructions in ZbayLite README.md to get a working dev environment on Windows.

Expected: no errors on npm install, or npm run start. Actual: there are quite a lot of issues, especially with node-gyp-build
