Scrolling issue on public channels

Sometimes (not always) when publich channel (like zbay) is enter the user needs to scroll in order to see new messages. How it should work - when a user opens a channel messages are scrolled in a way that he sees newest messages.

there should be a test to check for regressions

let's try to spend 1/2 day maximum on this.
