Shipsystems related: ArrayIndexOutofBounds Exception #4

It would appear that sf_edit seems to be having some array indexing issues with shipsystems in the ship_data.csv file.

Should be relatively easy to fix if it only requires adding an index place to an array. If not, then it could be troublesome.

I'm not sure if it's reproducible outside of my computer though, as I have modified some starsector core files and some other stuff as well.

Note: Issue disappeared after redownload. Strange.

Issues that fix themselves often re-break themselves. I'll keep an eye out for this.
