Kinetic appliances (blocks which require rotational force to operate) cease operation once picked up and placed down via CarryOn.
Actual Behavior
Kinetic appliances, once picked up and placed down via CarryOn, retain tie to previous source of rotation.
Stress capacity and speed are seemingly transmitted without any form of connection to a generator.

Steps to Reproduce
Carry any Create: Crafts and Additions kinetic appliance powered by any source and place elsewhere via CarryOn.
