Debugger overwrites context menu and removes "extract keyword", "create keyword", "insert cells" and "delete cells" #1

ROBOT 2.5.3 and RIDE 0.28 on Windows XP sp3

If debugger plugin is in use, the context menu in test case grid editor in RIDE 
0.28 will not show entries "extract keyword", "create keyword", "insert cells" 
and "delete cells".

Simply disabling the plugin in plugin-management will not be enough to get 
these context menu entries back. RIDE has to be restarted after disabling the 
plugin for the context menu to become fully functional again.

I fixed this problem in new version for RIDE debugger plugin 1.1.29, please try 
it.

As I known, this debuger isn't a plugin of RIDE.
