Hello mod developer, I've been playing your unique mod on my all in 1 Hewlett packard PC. It has run very well, but there's another mod that you should know. It's called Betweenlands, and if you don't know what it is, you've been living under a very big rock. It's a unique mod that adds this unique swamp-themed dimension. It's a very important mod, if you want to survive in this harsh modding climate, it would be wise to add extra compatibility with this unique mod. In fact, this suggestion will be so important, that it will likely cover every superficial ground and question what a "suggestion" truly is. Will you fight back, or will you die like a dog?

New Features Obviously, AoA needs unique features that are only accessible when played with Betweenlands. Obviously they'd all have new textures, with some weapons even using new unique Sounds

Items

Murky rune: A new rune added to the unique Runation skill. It would be around the Level 80 range and give 58 xp to keep it balanced. It would be brown/green with a triangular shape to represent the swampy forests of the Betweenlands.

Swampy roots: World table item for Betweenlands mobs. I'll let the developer decide what to use this item for.

Betweenlands tokens: Another world table item for Betweenlands. Can be used to trade with the Swampy lottoman.

Tar Blade: Crafted with Obsidian, Darkly powder, and Tar. 16 damage, 1.0 attack speed, can slow you or the target.

Octine greatblade: Crafted with Emberstone and Octine ingots. 18 damage, 2x damage against burning targets (stacks with Nethengeic)

Sludge slicer (greatblade): Dropped by Sludge menace, 23 damage can be eaten to restore all of the player's Decay just like Candy blade.

Pebble maul: Crafted with Dense rock and Angry pebbles. 26 damage and spawns an Angry pebble projectile on hit.

Valonite Slicer (thrown weapon): Crafted by putting a Valonite to make 16 of them each. 6 damage 2.85 fire rate, does extra kb.

Spirit tree bow: Dropped by the Spirit tree. Instead of firing arrow projectiles, it fires the big wooden projectiles the boss spits out when you get close. 14 damage slower pull speed

Hunterstrike bow: Crafted with Predator bow surrounded by Strike runes. Has the same abilities as Betweenlands Predator bow, but it also does 50% more damage against hunter mobs. 12 damage.

Basilisk Crossbow: Infused with Basilisk arrows, Syrmorite ingots, Mushroom spores, and Reinforced cloth. 13 damage, has a 10% chance to give mobs Slowness XVI on hit, using Basilisk arrows as ammo increases the chance to 100%.

Chiromaw crossbow: Dropped by Chiromaw matriarch. Does 18 damage but you can't move or move your screen while holding it.

Syrmorite rifle: Infused with Syrmorite ingots, Iron ingots, Gunpowder, and Tar. 6 damage, 2.5 fire rate. Inflicts slowness if you're at low HP.

S.W.A.M.P-15 (gun): Dropped by the Barrishee. 20 damage, 0.4 fire rate. While held the player takes far less kb

Peat pummeler (gun): Dropped by the Dreadful Peat mummy. Very strong with 4.5 damage and 5 fire rate, but shooting it has a chance to spawn a Peat mummy right under you.

Weedwood slinger: Infused in the same way Stampede is but with Weedwood instead of Limonite. 7 damage, 0.83 fire rate. Consumes Weedwood sticks as ammo.

Wight Wrecker (shotgun): Infused with Wight hearts, Valonite, and Ghastly ingots. Projectiles can go through walls. 2x4 damage, 0.83 fire rate

The Uprooter (shotgun): Infused with Enchanted gunpowder, Weedwood, Large spirit tree face mask, Unstable gunpowder, and any Sapling. Does 8x6 damage, 0.2 fire rate. Does high vertical knockback.

Fog piercer (sniper): Infused with Weedwood, Moss, Lurker skin, Jungle thorns, and gunpowder. 37 damage, 0.3 fire rate. Gives night vision while held and temporarily removes the heavy fog thing in the Betweenlands when fired.

Blaze (sniper): Infused with Emberstone, Octine ingots, Blaze powder, Magma cream, flint and steel, and Blazium ingots. 39 damage, 0.2 fire rate. Sets the target on fire, along with setting you on fire while held.

Shallow gust (cannon): Obtained by holding a Cannon frame while being damaged by the Shallowbreath mob. Has the option to be fired with or without cannonball ammo. When fired without Cannonballs, it does far less damage and no kb.

Malevolance (Cannon): Dropped by Primordial malevolance. Consumes grenades, Does more damage to mobs that hurt you, along with a large explosion.

Mythril Phaser (blaster): Infused with Valonite, Ancient remnants, Ancient rock, and Lunar ingots. 2.5 damage, 20 fire rate. I think the name fits with the fantasy theme of this weapon.

Shockwave shooter: Infused with the Shockwave sword, Scabyst, Elecanium ingot, Dense rock, and Shyregem. Has the same ability as the Shockwave sword. 16 damage, 2.5 fire rate. Projectile has limited range.

Purity staff: Crafted with Limonite rods and balls of sap and Mukry runes. Restores the player decay on use. Consumes 3 life runes, 2 murky runes, and 2 energy runes. Looks like this: image

Primordial staff: Dropped by Primordial malevolance. Spawns the same blue triangle things summoned by Primordial malevolance. They damage mobs on contact for 15 damage. Consumes 3 compass runes, 4 Lunar runes, and 5 Energy runes. It'd also make a new sound.

Sludge staff: Dropped Sludge menace. Spawns a smaller Sludge menace minion that attacks hostile mobs. Consumes 7 Murky runes and 7 kinetic runes.

Vulcane: Spirit: Crafted with a Base Vulcane and a Wight heart. When used deals 15 true damage and gives the player spectator mode-flight for 3 seconds.

Birds bane: A specialized melee weapon found in Betweenlands loot chests. Insta kills all Charger variants.

Swamp beast armor: Infused with Lurker skin, Leather, Jade, Scabyst, and balls of Sap. Each piece worn reduces the damage from any block hazard by 25% per piece, along with the player no longer being slowed down by blocks. The full set effect stops the Player's decay from decreasing. 22 armor 12 toughness

Tablet of Purification: Crafted with Sap jelly surrounded by Fragmented Anima stones. Regenerates Decay.

Tablets for each of the Middle gems: I think the Middle gems are unique concepts, it would be cool to see them in tablet form. Crafted with the respective Middle gem surrounded by Fragmented anima stones. They'd give similar effects to the Middle gems, but guaranteed while the tablet is active. These of course include strength, resistance, and absorbing all damage with red, blue and green gem respectively.

Chiromaw slab: A slab to spawn the Chiromaw minion. Infused with Chiromaw wings and Rotten flesh.

Betweenlands Realmstone: A realmstone for the Betweenlands. Would be obtained by poisoning Smash in a Swamp biome. The portal message would be "You begin to feel your body decay" with a new unique portal sound.

Mobs Wretch: Looks like the AoA Hag but more brown with a second head. Shoots faster and removes Player decay on hit. Can spawn in any Betweenlands biome.

Swampy lottoman: Would spawn in the new "murky outpost" structure. Has the same trades as all Lottomen.

Changes to existing content Obviously, some changes would need to be made to certain features to make things more smooth.

-All swamp mobs can now remove the Player's decay on hit, even outside the Betweenlands.

-Betweenlands would be T1 dimension since it's Overworld-accessible, so tier 1 weapons in other dims would have to be nerfed to balance them with the Betweenlands stuff

-Middle gems should work with all AoA weapons. This would include alternate sprites for all of them.

-Allow Scream shield to be a Betweenlands accessory. It would stop Wights from possessing you. They should nerf that thing I lose so much armor durability because every fight running into it does not work

Bug fixes Obviously, bugs will arise out of these major additions, so be sure to fix them in advance. Along with that, you should fix the various generation bugs in that 1.16 snapshot. Doing so would make the dimensions look better paired with Betweenlands.

Versions: This suggestion is made for 1.12, 1.15, and 1.16. You may think that's ridiculous, but that's really rude. Every player should be able to play with these new features. I'll bring this suggestion up to the Betweenlands dev as well, to guarantee you'll all help each other.

You may call this a duplicate, but some of your dimensions could really use work to put them at Betweenlands-level standards, here are some of my ideas: -Adding colored stars to Lunalus. -Giving mobs glowing parts on certain parts of their texture. -A new dimension called "Umbravar", I'll flesh this one out later

Lastly developer, I'm very disappointed. Why did you remove so many mobs? I was gonna suggest for a Betweenlands Skipper-themed miniboss, along with advanced changes to Skipper AI, but I couldn't them in the 1.16 snapshot. This is seriously a concern for the future of your mod and this suggestion. Don't call this invalid...
