Yeah, this issue again... Maybe it's just me, but I feel like decreasing the amount of Attercopus in caves has caused an increase in the amount of hostile mobs spawning on the surface. It becomes pretty hectic on surface, and is especially noticeable in biomes like Deserts, Savannahs, and Plains with fewer trees. You can easily end up with over 10 veloraptors on your tail so a hostile mobs in general might be need some sort of decreasing.
