About control foci recipe #4370

Compared to other foci it's a bit too expensive. Trident is not easy to obtain for those who don't know how to farm the drowns. So maybe we need one more recipe. Trident recipe doesn't need to remove, just have two recipes like elemental foci is OK. Ominous trial key looks like a good choice, it's still not very easy to obtain, but with much less randomness compared to trident.
