In world number box flickers (if armor display also isn't there)

It seems only the number box has the flickering, I do not see flickering from other in world things like the armor bar

What is interesting, is that this number box flickering does NOT occur if the armor icons are displaying in the world bar. If a mob has no armor, or you have the in world armor display off, the flickering occurs
