With the HUD, looking at an SBL mob causes their animations to freeze

Specifically it's whenever the mob portrait is on screen. If that isn't on screen, their animations work again

I've partially fixed this, but you said you found more mobs that had issues Can you detail the mobs you found are still broken and specifically how they're still broken so I can track this down
