oSALICON CUDA driver version is insufficient for CUDA runtime version #52

When trying to run oSALICON on CPU there is a CUDA driver version is insufficient for CUDA runtime version error (shown below). image

We should see if it is possible to bypass this CUDA check when running on CPU.
