make `^eventsna` etc embeds when they are run as commands (as opposed to scheduler in channels) #1822

this will require a bit of rearranging cos everything will have to delegate to helper functions that does it as an embed or not, but it would be nice to be able to close it when pulling it up as a command. Also this should use menu2 simple text menu so friends can do it
