Skills that are only able to be used for the first N battles need clearer text #349

image In game this says, "Only able to be used for the first 3 Battles"

The logic should be: if a floor-conditional only has 1 aspect, then instead of saying "If on floor {floor} or earlier" we should say "Must be used on {floor} or earlier:"

(this is 8317, Ultraman Zero)
