@thunderpants: You seem to be confused about how software licensing works. This project has a variant of an MIT License, which permits use of the software under any consideration, free, paid, open-source, private, anything. The only requirement is to continue to show his copyright.

If TusudaKageyu cared about making a profit off this code, he would have used a different license. FransBouma has done nothing wrong.
