you can now compile with different toolsets

_MSVC_TRADITIONAL is available only in Visual Studio 2017 version 15.8 and newer. What toolsets do you have problems with? Perhaps this commit fixes your problem: https://github.com/TsudaKageyu/minhook/commit/8eedf5b1b353850dd2617d6461254f5e72164555
