This video timestamp shows an occurence in the elevator event of c1m1. Should this happen @Nesciuse?

This is a valid issue and seems to be more likely with only 1 player, but a better example needs to be provided as the gameplay in the video is modded to allow viewers to spawn infected making this hard to verify.

Well, even though this does not rule out that the mod indirectly caused the issue, noskillch himself replied (highlighted reply) denying that that was a direct custom horde spawn.
