These are tweaks to the single and dual pistols, for both their view and world models. The changes are aesthetic; nothing that changes gameplay.
As of the current writing, two minor issues are fixed:
The view model for the single-wielded pistol had a bug fix where the brass eject was emitting at twice the intended velocity.
The world model for the dual wielded pistols had a bug where the P220 was emitting it's muzzle flash at the wrong orientation.
Two additional fixes still need to be submitted; they'll come in at a later time.
