If the sacrificed player dies prematurely in the outro, by being B&W for example, the sequence will continue playing the same way: with rocks being thrown and zombies beating up a corpse. This looks quite strange and out of place. Therefore, I suggest making a more realistic outro sequence based on death. I see two approaches, one easier and the other more realistic:
Force the sacrificed survivor into an incapacitated pose and disable damage, akin to what #277 did, to prevent him from dying. This would still seem a bit strange as you would expect to instantly die if you were B&W.
Interrupt and shorten the outro sequence if the player dies prematurely. The rocks would stop being thrown, the infected_chase would be disabled and the fade out would start sooner. I prefer this approach much more.
