Two instances of PlayerShotGasCan rule for Coach where one is broken #503

Description

The coach talker file has 2 PlayerShotGasCanCoach rules. The only difference is one's ApplyContext looks like: ApplyContext "SaidPlayerShotGasCan1:10"

and the other like: ApplyContext "SaidPlayerShotGasCan:1:10"

So the one on line 15234 should be deleted.

This is also the case for all L4D1 Survivors
