I don't know if this can help but this seems kind of related: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=110106 This bug was fixed in last stand update, but basically sometimes a random ghost infected was becoming somehow an unkillable fake charger attacking a survivor and eventually he was teleporting the survivor elsewhere on the map from his original position (not out of bound but still)

Everyone like map balance, new ladder and other fancy stuff. But this is more important.
