Feature request from a user:

ok, I've confirmed the following: Repair Drone tick is at xx:17 on even numbered hours GMT. and if you dock at xx:57 (or are repaired after being docked already 3h before xx:56), your next repair will happen at (xx+4):00 then (xx+7):07 and so on, 3hours and the NEXT minute divisible by 7.

seems simple to do.

  • [ ] Add adv maintenance repair tick clock and if you dock at xx:57 (or are repaired after being docked already 3h before xx:56), your next repair will happen at (xx+4):00 then (xx+7):07 and so on, 3hours and the NEXT minute divisible by 7.`

to get this reliably we need to track when the pilot docks/undocks.
