alarm options do not appear when ship is docked #30

when ship is docked, pardus sweetener is not "enabled" in the toolbar, on chrome, and thus cannot control alarm settings or mute them.

Probably easiest way to fix is to get them into the right part of the screen (where other extensions like Ublock Origin) appear.
