Describe the reasoning useful for pilots in bop-x's all 2 of them

Describe alternatives they could use a countdown clock

Additional context repairs happen every 11 hours , on 28th minute around the 2nd second

apparently this timer is unique, perhaps to each ship owner based on when they received their ship.

if it's predictable, perhaps with a check of career log, it could be calculated.
