Mission tracker does not capture kills of NPC ambushes #92

Describe the bug Pilot has a Kill x blood amoeba mission Pilot flies onto blood amoeba blood amoeba ambushes pilot, suicides pilot completes mission, but tracker does not reflect it

To Reproduce above.

Expected behavior tracker reflects NPC suicide attacks.

Additional context possibly kill # NPCs and kill NPC @ location have different behaviour.

possible partial fix: if the location of the pilot is where a NPC SHOULD be and there is not said NPC on it, interpret NPC as killed.

would not account for killed NPCs that are not already on the mission tracker (i..e, NPCs that are not targetted by a kill @ location)
