File Provider will support Local File to Read/Write the files.
It has three parts, title.txt, body.md and tags.txt
tags.txt will have item1,item2,item3 format separated from ,.
the body.md can contain reference to images that stored in the GitHub repo.
The repo requires public access for sharing the image to the destination Blog Providers.
