D-XGMML import doesn't work when there are disconnected nodes #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Write a D-XGMML file where a node remains totally disconnected through the 
network life time 
2. Import the D-XGMML
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
dynnetwork should import properly and simulate the dynamic network as usual but 
the network is imported only as a static network.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
dynnetwork 1.0.0, cy3, Linux

Please provide any additional information below.

Hi, can you provide an XGMML example? I cannot reproduce the error you are 
observing...

Btw, are you using Cytoscape 3.0 beta (M5)? This is the version the application 
has been tested for (newer build already contain changes that corrupt the 
application).

Hi

you are right, I was not using the M5 version but a newer build...I checked
now with the beta M5 version and it seems to work fine. I'm terribly sorry
about the confusion.

Great job with the plug-in by the way
